Sikdorak is a startup created by a young entrepreneur from the 10th graduating class of Jeonbuk Youth Entrepreneurship Academy.

Originating from Galmuri Garden, which opened in 1992, Sikdorak was founded in 2017 by CEO Yun Dasol, the son of the owner of Galmuri Garden, who had returned to his fishing hometown. The young, ambitious startup produces a variety of processed seafood products using high-quality, fresh local seafood, including soy sauce-marinated peeled prawns from its shrimp farm.

It also runs a Ganjang Gejang(soy sauce marinated crab) specialty restaurant in the region, creating a true value chain.
